I've had that thing a good six and a half years now. I love that little motherfucker.

I know I used it last Friday in my Physics class for a quiz, and Physics is my last class on Fridays. The calculator isn't in my backpack, and I don't see it in any obvious spots around my room. I'm really hoping it turns up somewhere.  This is depressing :'( :'(

I use it strictly for math and shit, now. Such an amazing little piece of overpriced hardware.

Yea, Chemistry class was the last time I ever really screwed around with putting programs on the calculator (I didn't have my own PC link cable). I had a friend put a program on there with the whole periodic table and a bunch of selectable stuff about each element. Oh, how I hated chem class.

If it doesn't turn up and you have a laptop, you can find an emulator for one. They're a PITA compared to the real thing, though.

No laptop, and no one uses them in classes at my college anyhow.

I'm pretty sure i know exactly how it got lost, assuming it did. As soon as people started getting up to leave my physics class, people started rushing into the room so they could sit down for the next class to begin. I thought it was pretty rude, and tried gathering my things quickly and shit so I could get out of there. I'd imagine I left it on my desk or something if that's the case.

I just really hope it turns up I'm going to look around my house for a bit more, and then post a 'lost calculator' email out to the student body at my college. I'll give a $20 reward for it, but I doubt anyone who'd thieve a calculator like that would give it back for $20.

You don't use your 89 on math? The 89 has build in functions for damn near any math I've ever needed.

I've actually been in a couple situations where match teachers have banned them from use on tests. The 83 is able to do most of the stuff I need. When it doesn't it can at least do enough of the problem that all I need to do is plug in shit

Ah, not being able to use it makes sense.

I love the system display in comparison to the stuff on the rest of their calculators, though. It's like a night and day difference for me.
