Playing the pre-sequel now through this for the first time.

The gameplay is still solid and fun. I like the addition of the laser weapons. But the story and humour is complete crap compared to 2.

It had a 16GB day one patch? 

2 with all its DLC is only 12GB according to Steam. And the base PreSequel is only like 7GB.

Beat the Presequel. Taking my time and doing all the side quests, it took about 32 hours. I'll probably just play through the Claptrap DLC and ignore True/Ultimate Vault Hunter modes. Soloing Borderlands isn't enough fun to doing it three times in a row.

Did finally get enough Badass Rank (2500) to draw the Excalibastard. It sucks that it's locked to your level when you draw it and you can only draw it once per character, but you can save scum to get around that if you want.

I have been informed that this is my special fellow game. I can play it endlessly without getting tired of it and laugh at the same jokes every time. I didn't really have a comeback for that.

The Claptrap DLC is pretty good so far. A lot of different envrioments, BL1 & 2 cameos, the new glitch weapons.

So, today they allegedly fixed the loyalty rewards thing where if you transfer a previous-gen character over you get 75 golden keys and a bunch of badass points, etc. I could never get it to work, and I tried everything I could think of. Then, just now, I accidentally overwrote one of my characters. Whom I had ranked up ten levels past the cloud saved one. That was a lot of grinding. And I STILL didn't get any of the bonus shit. Fucking Gearbox.

I'm playing Presequel on PS4.  It's not really grabbing me in a way that Borderlands 1 and 2 did.  I'm going to keep playing but the addictiveness factor of the first two games (one more mission...) seems to be gone here.

Oh also there is an 8.4 GB patch out for the Handsome Collection.  Reminds me of early era PS3 games and not in a good way.

I'm digging The Presequel now.  Much like all the Borderlands games, the fun for me really doesn't start until I get an awesome corrosive sniper rifle.
