Walmart's kiwi strawberry is good. Try it out.

Gives me a better buzz, too.

There is no 'too much'. You just need to give your body time to adjust.

I've come around to loving the acai brry flavor. Not as tart or sour as the others, it's very pleasant.

PS still drinking mio all day every day. Not stopping until I die. Fuck the quitters tbh.

I haven't reached any decisions yet, but I have now entered into the early stages of re-evaluating my relationship with Mio Energy. I've reached the point of a bottle-a-day habit and I start to get anxiety about where and when I'll be able to grab a fresh bottle. I try to avoid dependency when I can...it usually just fucks your shit up. Deciding atm between going clean and seeing if I survive the withdrawals or just submitting myself to Mio Energy cause fuck it we're all gonna suffer and die and go to hell anyways.

That's pretty much why I'm clean. I was planning my day around when and where I could get Mio Energy. Plus I had become such a degenerate--one day someone came up to talk to me and in the middle of the conversation I whipped out a bottle and just started squeezing into a cup of water. Thankfully no one really knows that this shit is little more than edible caffeine.

I wonder if I can snort that powder Spence found...

I bought some of these.  The local grocery store had a shitload of flavors and they were on sale.  Drinking the fruit punch flavor; it's pretty good and have a good buzz going with a couple squirts in a liter bottle.

Yeah, you made the right decision going clean, that's definitely health risk territory.

I was clean yesterday, but end of the month panic overtime has struck again and I'm about to have so much mio. So much.

I can never understand the people I see smoking who are also fat. I mean, I thought one of the main things about cigarettes is that they work instead of a snack, and are an appetite suppressant. I see overweight smokers and I think they're going to have a cardiac arrest at any moment.

I don't really understand it either. Added stress? Maybe they drink too much too? The real heavy smokers I know who are out of their 20s are all heavy drinkers.

Personally, I was fit until I started taking psych meds that can cause weight gain. My good habits fell apart, I stopped working out too, and my sleep became awful.

Not too surprising what the results were :american

So there are factors that affect hormones and such that regulate hunger, blood sugar, etc., but ultimately there's still some basic fundamentals everyone has to adhere to in order to stay in shape (eating less calories than you burn, ideally some level of exercise).

Going to do keto for a few months and lose this dad bod. My dad also caught the diabeetus so I need to be careful.

I'm not usually sensitive to caffeine but two squirts in a liter bottle is all I can really handle for the day.  I guess it all depends on what you define a singular squirt/squeeze.

All this ENERGY. :punch

Trying out Wicked Blue Citrus. Taste like one of the blue variant Gatorades. Nostalgic for the days I could let my cac out at summer youth baseball leagues.

Is it just my town or is it pretty difficult finding new flavors to try (regular Mio flavors are plentiful though)?

Checking multiple stores, desperate for something other than Black Cherry and Straw Pineapple.

Coming to terms that I'm not that different from your avg amiib weeb :fbm

Mio clean since the beginning of the week. I'll be back soon, just needed to prove to myself that I'm still in control. Drinking this vile black coffee since then instead as repentance. Comes in a big can for like three bucks. Literally tastes like dirt. Some of the grinds pass through my french press and I have to drink them. :noah

You don't really feel like an addict until you find yourself coaxing the very last drops out of a bottle. You shake, you squeeze, you pound the bottle upside down. You unscrew the top and contemplate rinsing water through it and getting every bit out.

It's a very sad water bottle when it has the color, but not the taste.

Mixing Strawberry Pineapple Spark with my Peach Rehab, which is a great addition to the Rehab lineup. Caffeine potency on point. Recommend Rehabs to all you addicts.

Couldn't wait for my Mio order to be delivered so I had to go out and get my #2 flavor. Anticipating Green Thunder to be Top 3 flavors, especially if it satisfies my mountain durr cravings.

Will update of course whenever my 4 pack arrives.

So true @ the color drip tease, when it's not quite flavorful enough but its taken on a convincing color :-\
