As an angry, reactionary, dying old white man Frank Miller is really the only one fit to still be writing Batman stories imo.

A day later and still thinking if the Joker's Joker tattoo is the most subtle design choice of this whole mess maybe they've gone in the wrong direction...

I kinda like the smile tattoo.  But other than that.  Meh.  Also why would he be shirtless unless its taking place in Arkham?

my only real problem, is that I don't think the joker should look like someone that spends 3 hours in the gym everyday.

people talking about the hahahaha tattoos like it means he's scrawling them on himself in fits of insanity

except those are clearly professional tattoos which means he sat for about 8 hours total for each one and just shot the shit with the artist

The latter seems like a far more plausible Joker story. Only he's put a bomb under the artists seat or something. And he keeps asking the artist if he thinks it looks good as he waves around a gun.

You think that is the body of someone who spends 3 hours in the gym every day?  That body is 2 hours a week tops but only 7% body fat.

A Dafoe Joker would have been great

Anyway, GAF is just too much. People want to save that thread so they can deliver crow in the future if Leto's Joker turns out good, which people expect; it's just that the design is bad. It's not a good comparison to the reveal of Ledger as the Joker.
my personal favorite would have Crispin Glover, but I understand why that would never, ever, ever happen.

I have a suspicion that Crispin Hellion Glover is the most difficult to work with male actor in Hollywood.
