Codemasters just pushed an Early Access version of their new project, DiRT Rally which is a super hardcore rally sim that for now is PC only.

Not sure if I can handle a really realistc rally game but I like the approach. Hated all those Gymkhana stuff in the last Dirt games.

Well, theoretically it'll be playable with a keyboard too. If it's more sim-y than the first Dirt it might become a problem, but we'll see.

It's more "Sim"-y, but there's nothing stopping you from being able to do a controller/Keyboard drive with it. Just gotta get better at braking/etc.
