You insert the disc, then download the game. So it's not technically running the game off the disc, which makes the claim of playing games "natively" vs emulation sorta questionable.

Either way, it's p cool.

It sounds like it just uses the disk to check the liscene. You still have to download the game and not everything may be on there. So it sounds like emulation.

I remember unreal tournament 3 mods on ps3 were limited compared to PC but still enough that you could play snowboarding mods.
