I seriously doubt the UI will look like that when it ships. Pre-alpha footage, man.

Hopefully not. The gameplay itself looks alright but pretty underwhelming coming from Battlefield. I kinda expected a little more from DICE but I dunno if Lucasfilm/Disney is holding them back in destruction/etc. departments or what.

Exactly. I feel like it should be something more. Instead it seems really subdued and most of the gameplay outside of the Jedi/force powers you could already do in Battlefield. Well, outside of Tow cables, I guess.

Maybe the proper word I'm looking for is "game changer." After nearly 10 years Battlefront 3 just doesn't look like an evolution of Battlefront 2 (which, granted is based on Battlefield/2 at the time). It just feels very subdued and held back to me.

I've never gotten the hype for it.
