The original GitS and Ninja Scroll are from the 90's.

I also don't suggest watching the original GitS over SAC. It's pretty dry and can be boring. Watch SAC first to get an idea of the characters, the more philosophical end of the story, and then if you like it, watch the original movie.

If someone watches Naruto and Dragon Ball GT as an adult and enjoys those shows, they're full on weirdos. Dragon Ball Z is shitty overall but it has some cool moments spread throughout, Dragon Ball GT is almost unwatchable.
