After first lighting a cig there's not a lot of smoke at all. There's the initial drag to get it lit which doesn't produce that much smoke comparatively. Thing is, some people people don't know you're not supposed to breathe in the initial smoke because you're breathing in lighter fluid and inhalents from the fire. You just puff it out. THEN you smoke. But some people think smoking is like in a movie. You can always tell that the actor or actress has never really smoked before in a movie based on how they smoke. If they breathe in the initial puff, they ain't a smoker or former smoker.
So it stands to reason that person could have done the above. Also, some car windows are dark and it's possible they didn't see the smoke. But what's really telling is that is that guy probably breathes in the initial drag, making him a dummy. Lots of things at work that make that poster a complete idiota.
