Recently I wanted to create an older, middle aged woman in Mass Effect 1, give her silver or white hair, and try to make it look like she had a pretty face that got tarnished by battle.

This idea was instantly shot down when there wasn't a skin complexion besides "smooth and pretty" and there wasn't an option for white or silver hair. Meanwhile, dude Shepard can look fucking haggard when it comes to skin complexion, still no option for white hair though.

I get that not having customization options sucks, but breast size? I've never thought about how my woman character's boobs would influence her backstory or past.

You're thinking about this wrong, this isnt about another game that didnt have whatever function you wanted, this is about an existing feature being removed from a game that no one can possibly ever get offended at because the only people that will ever see your frankenboobz creation is you, no one else. The only people happy here are gleeful fucks happy that NO ONE ELSE can do something they disapprove of even if said gleeful fuck will never know about it. I've overdrafed a couple times. Once in college I had this ID card that also served as a debit card, but I thought it was a credit card. I was broke and didn't have any gas in my car so I used $30 on the card at the gas station. A week later I got a letter saying I overdrafted lol. I thought I was fuuuuuucked for some reason but it wasn't a big deal, I paid it off.

It's nothing new, it's true. Media is a bit bad at providing this much needed perspective.
Still, Algerian nationalists did pull off some impressive bombing campaigns, Carlos had some spectacular bloody stunts, but the bodycount is pretty much unprecedented in France. I think there's a case to be made that Radical Islamism is a particulary virulent and agressive ideology for which the fantasy endgame is a monstrous massacre on par with Marxism Leninism.
