I think if someone is suspected of being in the process of radicalization you should immediately put them into an intensive deradicalization programme as well as maybe take them away from their families and move them elsewhere where they have much fewer bad influences, and they can perhaps learn to appreciate what Western culture offers. Also, close the radical Islamic mosques if they are known to hate preach and deport/imprison the imams preaching in them if they are proven to preach hate.
