For me there was no bitterness. Main account got axed by making a joke about Nintendo in a suicide thread (knew that would be a ban no matter what). Alt was a account suicide due to posting not even mattering due to the hugbox rules, and all the traffic on the site makes posting meaningless.

I lurked on Gaf for a year or so before my account was approved. Gaf's main use is gaming news and spectator sport.

Kill Screen is reporting that Nintendo demolished its former headquarters a while back, and then just last year it demolished another larger building.

A bunch of other Japanese game development buildings that belonged to Sega, Hudson Soft, and Taito were sold off or torn down. The pictures are really sad, but it's making the case that these places should be saved and used for museums that people could visit.
