There is absolutely no way that is rape.
All cases of a hot woman having clearly consensual sex with a young man should be thrown out.
I may have gone a little too far there: it's possible that a young man could be victimized by an extremely attractive 24 year old woman, but it is very unlikely to be the case here. Ideally, criminal charges in cases like this could only move forward if pressed by the younger participant in question.
Every straight man on this forum would have hit that harder than Chris Brown hit Rihanna and would have gotten a lifetime of fap material out of it. I know you're gay, but goddamn, look at that woman.
Having sex with a woman like that as a young man is a better superhero origin story than seeing your parents gunned down outside a theater, straight up.
Statutory rape is illegal for a reason. A child is not able to make decisions in these circumstances. They are incapable of giving consent because they are children, and that's
why it's rape. They may even think they really want it and enjoy it, but it can warp their psyches in really bad ways which become present later in life.
A hot woman seducing a boy is the same basic concept behind pedophiles grooming their victims. For a child that's been groomed, they truly believe they want to do what the pedophile wants, and that they're making the decision. But they're not. Their abuser is.
Context of each situation is important in metering out the punishment, but no case like this should be dismissed out of hand because "the chick's hot."
