Doesn't matter, apparently the kid and his(her? Not clear on the gender) dad was in the water after dark nearby the movie night, but not on the beach. They clearly ignored the safety warnings and went into the water at dark (where you can't see anything) expecting it to be safe. On one part, that's Disney's fault for not having clear "HEY THERE ARE WILD ANIMALS IN OUR PARKS EVEN IF WE DON'T INTEND THEM TO BE HERE, 'KAY" signs, but on the other it's on the parent(s) for going into water at night and expecting it to be safe. Animals come out at night.
