It's a really long discussion. The things people use that they by in GNC that are banned in professional sports are perfectly legal to buy, you will not go to jail for possession of them. Furthermore, the things that are on banned substances lists that are legally available in stores are mostly not anabolic anyway. Sometimes these shady ass companies will slip in things in their preworkouts and such that are not legal, and will do so until they are busted. Then they change the formula. There was a product called Craze I think that contained traces of amphetamine. But it's really such minuscule amounts that they do not affect your gains, most of the products they sell is a huge waste of money. Certainly won't have you looking like Faith over there. Now they also have prohormones which are basically anabolic steroids which they can sell via legal loopholes. Those should definitely count as "cheating" or whatever you want to call it.

If anabolic steroids were legal, the public perception of them would most likely be different.

Yeah. Most likely he's exaggerating every aspect.

- It was probably more than five beers (or it was those five beers, but they all had IPA+ level ABV content)
- He probably sat at the bar for half an hour at most
- It was probably a 20+ minute drive to home

Zero chance they let him sit in the bar for 2.5 hours covered in puke just downing waters. Actually, we know that's bullshit since he said it was "an hour before closing" when he puked. So yeah, no aspect of this story is adding up.

Dude needs to seek AA before he kills somebody, and I say that as someone with a mild alcohol dependency (though these last two weeks without a drink have been easier than I expected, thankfully.)
