Then again is it an hipster food truck or a regular non compliant with sanitization standard proletarian truck ? And what type of market/consumers is it aiming at ? I guess food trucks narrow their possible spots before starting business.

I would think the best would be something short, snappy maybe even plain.
To be honest, price and product quality will probably be the main selling point. I have to settle for terrible coffee on my commute (or work), a decent one would probably make me come back on the regular.

Well I want the pricing to be slightly cheaper then the coffee chain shops in the mall.

Quality wise I will only serve organic and fair trade, beans, milk, chai etc.
