Sitz-Chairman

A sitz-chairman (зиц-председатель in Russian) is a strawman chairman of a going concern. The title is a bilingual Russian-Yiddish pun. The Yiddish word "sitzen" means "to sit," which in Russian connotes "doing time". Also "Sitz" has legal meanings similar to the English "seat". The sole function of a Sitz-Chairman was to do prison time when a going concern was wound up by the authorities for being a criminal enterprise.

That's not a position, Joe, it is an act.  Please read my 21 page undergrad essay for the Philosophy of Sexuality entitled 'Anal Ontology'

I would like to be a C-Class employee. If only because that is a term I had never heard until I was reading something about startups the other day.

Max you shouldn't settle for anything less than a Mercedes-Benz E Class. You're worth it.
