I had two consecutive breakfasts yesterday, def in the Ron Swanson camp on this general topic. And corned beef hash is in the top tier, gotta not skimp on the Tabasco tho.

Really depends on the canned company. I've had some really bad canned corned beef hash, but some pretty decent ones.

I think Hormel is the one I've had that is "decent." But it's been a while since I've had hash and looked at the cans.

I do know the cheap ones down here are really bad, though.

The best is finding restaurants that make their own. You get nice chunks of corned beef instead of little cubes.

There's an Irish pub near me so I've been eating cottage pie, bangers n mash, stews etc. So good for this season...
