Is it safe to guess this is a VR title, and that's why there was so much ancillary movement in the camera?

Oh, fucking hell. Good. I'm happy Sony moneyhatted something like this, but if a kickstarted Psychonauts 2 became a VR title, I'd have blown a gasket. My other thought that it would be a VR-capable first-person game, a thought which also left me cold.
