hoped this would some day come to PC, and this seems like a pretty good price for it

had no idea they were "remastering" it for PS4/XBO

If you already have the Epic Games Launcher (say, for UT or UE4) just load it up and it'll tell you about an update and then after it Shadow Complex will be one of the options like the rest of the games and you just have to click install on it, then only a 1GB download.

To get more people to use their shitty client.

No reason they couldn't stealth release this on GoG/Steam/et. al. otherwise.

Annoyingly, no Steam release, so install the game via their launcher (after registering, bleh), then manually add the Shadow Complex executable to Steam. That executable is located here:
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\ShadowComplexRemastered\Binaries\Win32\ShadowComplex-Win32-EGL.exe
To skip the launcher (essential for proper use), set these launch options for the Shadow Complex shortcut:
-AUTH_LOGIN= -AUTH_PASSWORD= -AUTH_TYPE=

This is the most likely reason. Still, pretty generous as offers go.

I hope the other guess about a sequel is correct, though that would be better as a simultaneous announcement, no?
