I'd say it would probably be America, Mexico, most of Europe, and Japan/Australia due to regional vulnerability.

V Russia/Iran/China (just for shits and giggles), some of the Easter bloc leftovers, and certain middle eastern allies.

Would not be easy due to our need to protect Japan/Australia from Chinese threats.

Meanwhile India and Pakistan along with the Koreas would just blow each other up along withSyria/Rebels and Israel is straight fucked.

A year or two to match the U.S. Navy? When the rest of the world is on offense and thus has the bulk of the logistical challenge?

The rest of the world has as many active carriers as the U.S. Most of these are poverty-tier "carriers" with a fraction of the capability of a Nimitz class. Then you have to consider the naval aircraft necessary to make a carrier worth anything. Plus you need to build the dry dock for actual construction and consider that the U.S. will be lobbing missiles at these sites nonstop. Then assuming you get the shipyards in place, you aren't building a carrier in a year.

Best bet would be if the U.S. went on offense early and something like China's carrier killer missiles took out a few carrier groups. Conceivably the U.S. could be crippled for the rest of the war like Japan was after Midway.

If the U.S. is on defense, then we're the ones hitting the invading fleet with missiles and ground-based aircraft. Plus subs.

I honestly don't see the rest of the world getting a single beachhead on the continental U.S.

Now if you could magically transform the globe back into Pangea, the U.S. would be pretty fucked in this scenario with no oceans. The ocean buffer is probably our single greatest advantage in this scenario, beyond military spending.

Don't give them too much good intel, Walrus, they're probably taking notes.
