Hooking up a VCR to a monitor
« on: December 28, 2015, 02:19:35 AM »
So I found some of my old Evamgelion VHS at my parents house and I was wondering if I can hook up a VCR to my HDMI monitor back at home without buying a super expensive converter so I can rewatch them in all of its VHS glory

If only you had one of these beauties. :lawd

My family owned a conversion van with a TV/VHS combo in it; so many road trips spent watching the Star Wars and Indiana Jones trilogies.

Is there a market for old animu VHS tapes?  I have tons of them sitting boxed up in my parents' attic.

throw them up on ebay and add RARE to the title. That always generates sales.

If they never got re-released on DVD/BD, then they might be worth quite a bit. Otherwise, probably not.
