Don't forget in addition that $600, you're having to possibly upgrade your entire PC if that occulus "check your specs" site is to be believed. :neogaf

I'd hold off til gen 3 or whenever they get to the next resolution standard. It's interesting that VR could be partially responsible for pushing 4k adoption.
