He's saying the Billionaire that funded/bankroll's Hogan's case. Which is still dumb, because like Hogan he was a victim of Gawker and Gawker's karma came around to kill them.

He should think of it this way: If Gawker didn't out that billionaire against his will, Hogan wouldn't have had a benefactor to bankroll his trailer. Or, conversely, if Gawker took the tape down like they were ordered to, they wouldn't have had a case with Hogan in the first place. What goes around (flaunting the law and making victims) comes around (the victim attacks back and punts you straight into the ground).

You could make the inverse claim just as easily. (And be correct, since Peter Thiel admitted to it.) Other publications have and will continue to publish ghoulish shit too, but they don't get shut down for it or see nearly as much hate thrown at them. Need I mention the mere existence (and continued success) of tabloids?
