Are these songs or parts of songs similar?

Go to 2:15 for the piano bit in this song, lasts for 20 seconds.


The horn/sax bits sound incredibly similar but are a bit slower with tempo.

I'm mainly talking about the piano bit at 2:15 above all else from the Katamari song.
