Never Forget

I definitely won't forget when Cuban claimed the mavs could play zone against Miami because their players were just 'smarter'

According to Sports Illustrated’s Richard Deitsch, ESPN was prepared to offer Bayless around $4 million annually.

He's better than Stoney Mason.

Am I Anonymous should really be a commentator though.

Not planning on that. Have sat in, it's not fun believe it or not. It ruins watching the game.
YMMV

Like the greatest villains (Boyd Crowder, Immortan Joe, D'Onofrio's Kingpin), Bayless always left the viewer wondering whether his fanaticism was sincere belief, self-justification, manipulative pretense, or some mix of the three.

I know he's not the originator of it but fuck it, he'll be the avatar of my hate. I HATE bullshit "entertainment" trolling posing as sports commentary. The hot takes and narratives that have nothing to do with the game are tiring. And everyone is doing this nationally except Bomani Jones and a few others. Skip is the poster child for this shit. And frankly Stephen A isn't any better.

Sucks. My favorite local sports radio show (Valenti & Foster) has slowly morphed into this hot take bullshit. Unsurprisingly the show is a lot more popular now and even trended nationally late last year. sigh...

@richarddeitsch: From a reliable source: Fox Sports is paying Skip Bayless in neighborhood of $5.5 million per for four years, plus a $4M signing bonus.

This isn't the NFL. It's 100% guaranteed.

Cuban is equally as much of a prolifically vacuous blowhard as all the other degenerates named in this thread. They should start their own network
