i'd like to say the defense looked better w/ Charlie calling it...but i honestly think they looked as bad if not worse.

i guess being in the B12 your defense is just garbage by default

i mean you can play 70% good defense but that other 30% is straight gash, 20+ yd plays and TDs.

Yea...it's over.

Lots of promise this year, if they had been solid and made it to year 4 he would have lasted awhile IMO. Lots of young players got good experience. Oh well. Hate that someone is gonna come in next year and win immediately with Strong's players.

It sucks, but they keep on doing dumb shit and to me that's just a sign of bad coaching.

I think what secretly killed this team was losing their CB coach Chris Vaughn due to the fall out from the Hugh Freeze stuff at Ole Miss. We had 2 sophmore CBs who had NFL level talent regress so bad that they've been riding the bench for the past 3 games.

Mich/MSU game was good but the last few minutes were just asinine. Why go for a 2 point conversation there? Kick the point and pray for a onside kick miracle. Hell they still almost got one...

I wish I was a betting man because it would have been easy to make money betting under for this game. Rivalry games are close more often than not when it's on the road. If the worse team has a couple NFL type players they can make it interesting, and MSU has that in McDowell and Scott.

The fuckery is unbearable to watch as a supporter. Beating Baylor is pretty big, WVU and TCU are at home so the biggest challenge is probably gonna be beating Tech on the road. Charlie has a path to salvage his job, but it's still not looking good imo.

I know everyone wanted Strong to succeed, but it's not like he has a bunch of great memories that Texas fans needed to respect.

I'm going a big OSU/Michigan party this weekend and I'm not even hype for the game. It's got to be one of the most underwhelming "both teams are top 5" matchups I can remember. Neither team is very impressive, nor do I feel like I'm watching some 'all time' greats playing.
