I beat Mafia 3(Liked it) and FFXV(loved it). Now I have absolutely nothing to play. What came out recently that's worth playing?

Was thinking either Dead Rising 4 or Gears 4. What do you guys recommend?

Watch Dogs 2 is pretty fun. More stealthy open world game with some funny cornball "hack the world" shit. Gears 4 is real good though. Solid entry in the series and even better if you have a co-op partner. I had a blast with both the SP and MP.

It's very much in the vein of Ubisoft open world games, yeah. Lots of shit to collect and lots of icons on the map, though they've toned it down a bit. The multiplayer where people invade your world and vice versa is real cool though.

I do like that it lets you track multiple missions and each mission is broken up so you can kinda take shit at your own pace now.

Xanadu Next if you want to play an overhead, isometric action RPG with really intricate, connected environments that undoubtedly inspired the Souls games.
Lumo if you like those old British isometric games (Solstice, Knight Lore).
Exist Archive if you like the Valkyrie Profile battle system and really repetitive environments/enemies.
Rez Infinite if you've never played Rez before.
Dragon Quest Builders if you're in the mood for a fresh take on Minecraft with oodles of DQ nostalgia.
Dragon Quest 7 if you want a 100+ hour traditional RPG.

DOOM if you haven't played it. Best FPS single player campaign this year without question.

Hitman is another excellent choice, amazing stealth, open-ended opportunities, and objectives to encourage multiple playthroughs.
