He was a lot more prolific in the US in the 80's/90's and fell off the radar in the US in the 00's when his music started to get way more explicit and political like his anti-Iraq war songs and started lacing more social commentary elements in and a lot more anti-British establishment (He had a really bitter vendetta with The Sun because they called him a "Poof" for his protests against the Iraq war). He had on and off comebacks with his personal demons getting in the way at times as well.

I remember this song was one of the reasons he started falling out with the US, not one of his best but the video and lyrics were so wild MTV "Banned" it from being shown before 9pm and it had it's world premiere at midnight on Channel 4 in the UK.
