-I love that feeling of walking through an empty city before it wakes up or just as its waking up, something truly magic there.

-Going to a big supermarket in a foreign country to see what there is to eat

-When my daughter is chilled out in my arms

- Drunkenly shouting out lyrics to Rent with my roommate.

- Seeing literally any comment or critique about my short films, good or bad.

- Lazily walking through the Common. In the summer it's like a mini-vacation, in the winter it's Boston's soul.

- Closing out a bar with good friends. Props if it's really dive-y.

- Waking up and realizing I'm in my BF's arms.

- Waking up from a black-out, reading the receipt and seeing I didn't super-mega-overtip like I always do.

- Realizing I don't always have to be so sad.

- It's rare, but sometimes friends ask me out for a drink. 95% of the time it's the opposite.

Most of these are alcohol-based since I'm drunk right now.

- doing art because it always results in being "in the zone" where nothing else matters but what's on the page. throughout my life, a lot has changed; this hasn't. It's always been the same and it's always the one comfort I can go back to and feel like it's a part of me.
