Judgement Day at ESPN

Outside of the NBA, I barely watch any sports at all at this point but here is a bit of news.

Why would ESPN even have an NHL staff? They pretend the sport doesn't exist anyway.

my favorite part of this is who they promoted:
Quote
ESPN promoted executive Marie Donoghue—who oversaw the business unit containing ESPN Films, Grantland, FiveThirtyEight, and The Undefeated—to executive vice president, global business and content strategy.

The only thing I watch/listen to on ESPN is the Lebatard radio show. There is nothing else I'm really attached to.

A decade ago, it was my most watched network. PTI, Baseball Tonight, Sportscenter, 30 for 30's, etc etc.

Hope those that were let go find another job. Ethan Strauss was the biggest NBA fired today.

I am not sure ESPN knows how to regain the audience they lost.

So ESPN is basically firing everyone who isn't Stephen A Smith or an intern?
