It basically felt like a mayweather sparring session.

That being said it was probably more entertaining than the pacquiao fight.

For me it was like sparring with a black belt in jiu jitsu as a white belt except conor was paid tens of millions to get smashed and then people rooting for him thinking he had any chance as the two of them laughed to the bank.

I learned to keep my hands up my first Muay Thai class. I knew from the first ten seconds of the "fight" that whoever bought it was a chump and that they were doing this solely for the $$$ and nothing else.

Floyd Mayweather is set to earn more than $300 million dollars for his final contest against Conor McGregor revealing just minutes after his historic 50th victory that he had been unable to spar for the final month of training camp because of lingering damage to his hands.

This whole thing was such a farce, brehs. It was like The Great White Hype, right down to the white dude being Irish even.

Mayweather could have beaten McGregor and his meat at the same time.

Boxing is such a bad sport. Small, dehydrated dudes with pillows on their fists trying to exhaust each other.

There was no sense of danger or excitement. It's like watching an Olympic fencing match.

Boxing is such a bad sport. Small, dehydrated dudes with gloves, which allow them to hit much harder than they otherwise could, trying to give each other concussions.

There was no sense of danger or excitement. It's like watching an Olympic fencing match.

People I know think it's real and are giving Conor credit for doing this and how he deserves kudos.

that fight stunk. conor got washed by a dude almost 2x his age and didn't do anything worthwhile except a bunch of illegal hold and punches. he was complete trash and looked like a clown. can't wait for the hype to start on part two in a few months :lol

I saw someone on my Facebook saying something to the effect of "Nobody gave McGregor a chance but he went 10 rounds with the so-called greatest boxer of all time!" Come on, fam. :lol

I mean we all know what this was. It was the great white hype thing that propelled the whole fight. Nearly early white guy I know irl either thought Connor was gonna win or were rooting their asses off for him.

There are so many layers of red tape that keeps organizations in power and make it near impossible for independent fighters to get fights off the ground (and profitable).

Lesnar v Jon Jones could test the waters, but they will still need some kind of 3rd party to handle the business end of it.

Ill be honest, I prefer Boxing to MMA any day, such a pure sport

wow you know some stupid white dudes

this was seriously not a great white hope, also boxing has been dominated by the Klitschko brothers for like a decade so no cares about the great white hope anymore, we had it

This was, by far, the worst fight I've ever seen in my life and legit made me upset. Pathetic cheap coward shit.
