I'm sure it'll work fine on XboneX, thanks to the Power Of X.

On a side technical note, DF suggested this was probably going to be the first game to use Microsoft's new system where the Xbones will not install/download the X's assets since it can't use them saving HDD space, which will rollout to all devs officially if it hasn't already unofficially.

The same system will let you delete foreign language soundtracks and stuff too. And even potentially let you do stuff like on PC with the Call of Duty's where you can install just the multiplayer or whatever. Or even delete modes.

That was the most interesting thing I came across regarding this. Richard suggested it might even be as dramatic as the X Forza install approaching 100GB with regular Bone assets being half that.

So that's kinda neat.

100GB? o.O

So would this same system allow me to ditch the xb1 assets when I install it on an XBX?

why would it be intentional to maximize performance when the Xbone version would already be multithreaded for eight by necessity?  :doge
