I believe Opiate's stuff about there being opposing mod cliques 100%. I'd seen it personally.

I had bans shortened and cancelled, I had multiple mods who expressed publicly and privately that they enjoyed my posting. And then at least one mod was convinced I was trolling 100% of the time. One ban when I actually did drop a bit of a troll post into a thread to make fun of the people in it losing their shit over a twitter thread or something stupid like that was a two month ban that said something like "Don't try and pull this shit." and when I went back to copy it it had been changed to "You can do that without trolling, try level 9 out of 10." and it was only for like over the weekend.

There were plenty of great laughs to be had in the face of Sony and its garbage PS3 offerings when it launched, and their marketing campaigns behind it.

The people on /v/ are their own brand of distinguished mentally-challenged fellow with questionable competence, but they've got a hefty dox folder building up.
