Which would be my opinion;  you have access to a few extra buttons and that's really it.  I would never "pay" anyone to moderate a forum personally.

On the one hand, it's not like forums make enough money needed to keep the number of staff employed that a neogaf would need, on the other hand you could at least pay for the mods psn, xlive or some other gaming subs or whatever as a thanks. Maybe even pay for a group dinner every couple of years
