That bit from the end of Dragonheart that's in like everything.

It was in the AFI 100 Years of Movies thing that had a bunch of clips and some "to ho a drive-by fruiting!" dialogue from Mrs. Doubtfire.

More on the newer end of things, but some of the score from Batman Begins has popped up in a fair number of trailers.
