Looking at views, the anti-Social Studies Warrior crowd still outperforms. Olbermann's The Resistance tops out at 837k views for his most popular video. Sargon's most popular stuff is 1.5 mill plus in views. Jordan Petersons 2 hour lecture on the bible has 2 million views.
TYT has some insane hit counts on videos, but its all their clickbait stuff like "Woman orgasms 300 times" or "Man with largest penis."
So obviously the left needs to make a big lecture on celebrity dick size.
You're just projecting your pet cause I think. I was asking about alt-right, not your typical rationalist or anti-authoritarian-left reactionaries, who have common cause with but are definitely not alt right. Although I think you're right that everything which questions the Narrative seems to be lumped into alt right these days.
But if we used the definition of alt right that I think you and I would probably agree on then I seriously doubt the viewership is anywhere near as high as the left's platform on YouTube.
Well, like I said, actual alt-righters are in the 30k region. I used Millenial Woe because Sargon talked to him/debated him as a rep of the real Alt Right, but even that didn't boost his channel. Real alt-righters have a small audience.
The truth is that Vox/Vice/NYT will freely associate centrist, anti-sjw stuff as alt-right. It was the fucking WSJ that painted PDP as a nazi alt-right sympathizer.
You can call it my pet case, but those larger mainstream sites put a lot of effort into painting what I would guess is normal, average American or Canadian rejection of far left lunacy as extremism. We know these people aren't alt-right, but that doesn't get these sites hits. So they sell their legitimacy out for hits, and that feeds these independent outlets more viewers. There's no money in educating GAF types, only money in shitting on them or appeasing their crazy and getting shat on in the blast zone mockery.
