Saturday was quite cold (-15 C). Through most of the day I felt a chill. Then I remembered that I have a sauna in the house. I should use it more often.

I made the mistake and went jogging monday when it was already dark and something like -10 C. My hands and ears hurt so fucking much even though they were covered.
