I’m about a pound heavier than I was this morning, and my stomach definitely doesn’t feel empty. But a lot did come out very forcefully and I could taste some stomach acid at the end but also I’m just not sure. I think maybe I didn’t drink enough water with the bagels and a lot has clumped in the bottom of my stomach. Honestly I’m going to play it safe and assume I have like 800-900 calories still in me so I’m going to need to restrict tomorrow and also take a bunch of lax in the morning. Was it worth it though? Sadly, yes. Fucking delicious - especially the subs and crisps. Kinda wish I had just gotten a second bag of crisps and skipped the goddamn bagels.
