New idea: A site dedicated to triangulating all employer information and standardizing simple text input forms to allow the sending of communication to get people fired better and faster than ever. Start small: Use federal databases of schools and government facilities. Expand to private businesses - crowd source angry people into providing the most legitimate and pristine employer information possible. Organize and design information to sell to focus groups and HR departments. Think Google Business or Yelp reviews, but bigger and better.
Possible slogans:
"nicca, you hear what this bitch said?"
"Can you unpack what you're trying to say?"
"Just so we're clear..." *picture of an incredulous smiley*
"It's not okay. None of this is okay."
"This is for your own good."
"No, no, no, no...Look, I'm 'bout to rock this nicca head off his mofuckin shoulders, because there ain't no way I fuckin' heard this cracka ass cracka say what I think he said"
- For any prospective investors, tell me if any of these words excite you:
- Embracing sustainability of human workforce capital through public-facing bandwidth expectations
- Think outside the box, but also, in the box, and maybe even around the box.
- Visioneering doesn't need to be expensive *chuckle politely here*, we're here to unpack this bitch. *give a wink to a woman in the room to assure her it was in the hip-hop context and not the she's a bitch context*
- At the end of the day, we're here to make hay, and make them pay *check to see if people recognize words rhyme*
- Game-changer alert! Racism and misogyny is synergy and content is king! This is an ideas shower, bitch! [use discretion if the woman looks like she won't mind] *whip out umbrella*
This reminds me of my idea to create an internet filter. See the internet used to not be for everyone.
We'd just have the 'meh' people who understand how the internet works until I think about 5 or 10 years ago and everyone became politicized and polarized.
Basically my plan was to create an extension for Chrome that blocks offensive content but in such a way that the user doesn't notice it.
A setting would allow you to decide if you wanted to view the internet 'censored' or in its full glory.
First you had to answer a few questions about your political affiliation, if you support gay marriage, drug use, if you're afraid of blood yadayada
If you still felt something was offensive you could vote it down and it wouldn't show for others with the same setting as you.
The thing was called 'A better internet' or 'betternet' for short. Evade all the trolls, bigots, racists and sexists by using betternet.
In the end though the algorithm would be built to increase the levels of censorship until folks like REE would get access to less and less information.
Basically they would in time also be blocked from viewing stuff that they'd be likely to agree with in the name of this 'censorship'. Thus limiting the internet mob formations.
The key was of course to make them trust the system first so that would be the final step.
Finally the internet would return to its former glory. The trolls would get bored because there'd be significantly less people who would be 'triggered'.
Places like REE in time would disappear completely.
