Didn't the second Transformers movie have the racist caricatures. That was good for a laugh.
If you mean the two characters whose black voice actors ad libbed for the entire movie because there was literally no script due to the writers strike that year then I guess

edit: Looked into it some more, here's what the black voice actor had to say.
"And, from Wilson’s perspective, it’s easy to see that the characters could have played like that in the recording booth. But when presented in final context, they’re far more aggressively stereotypical and difficult to fathom than Jazz from the first film, who was also a robot styled as a black character. He liked to breakdance and was the one Autobot killed in that movie."
