Anyone here been to one of these fine dining establishments? I'm curious to know what were the circumstances that brought you to such a place?

I’ve only been once, on my college program in Florida. I don’t remember how it came up, but I was the only one out of my five roommates and I that had never been. So we all decided to go for dinner. The food was pretty good in a Taco Bell sort of way. While we were ordering my roommates mentioned to the waitress that this was my first time there. So after we had finished eating, but before they brought the check, all the waitresses came over to our table and made me stand on a chair while they danced around me to music and placed Hooters stickers all over me. It was awkward, but fun.

I've been to Hooters. Was part of my 'bachelor party' years ago since the lady was a NO on any gentleman's club action and I'm not superkeen on that anyway. They have good food but fries being a separate item/charge from your burger is BS. Also went a few times to see WWE PPVs with buds back before the network was a thing and was amused/disturbed by the fact that people would bring their kids there to watch the shows. I know it's not a full on adult place but still, come on people!

Twin Peaks actually has ok food and good specials. It can get a bit sad as they have icky bikini/lingerie weeks.

Hooters is decent but we rarely go as BWW is closer and basically same food.It isn't as creepy as twin peaks.

Tilted Kilt have only been to the one in Vegas, I was drunk but seem to remember it being Twin Peaks tier.

Hooters, because Boy Toy wanted to go (as teasing me I guess, along with their chicken wings. He's big on chicken). I didn't eat any of the food because I wasn't really hungry. Ok, I did have one of the wings and they were alright but nothing amazing.

Girls filled the glass of water to the brim and it's like "girls, how the hell can I pick that up if you're making it to the point of spilling?"

never been to a Hooters (well i went when i was 4 but i dont remember so it doesnt count)

went to the local Twin Peaks w/ my pops like a year or so ago.

terrible food.
poorly placed TVs.
average looking waitresses even w/ the aid of the outfits.

i'd rather go to a regular ass restaurants. most do better in all 3 departments. especially the waitresses

Never heard of Twin Peaks, don't think there are any around here. And all of the Hooters around here closed. I went to Hooters a few times in college - it was the closest 'restaurant' to me that wasn't dorm food, and it was cheap. And the wings at that particular one weren't bad since they knew they had to step their game up when in Buffalo.

The food at Hooters and Twin Peaks sucks. There is a local breastaurant here that has the best wings around and would probably get better business in a better location without the Hooters vibe.

Was at hooters a bunch cause it was conveniently outside a friend of mine's work place, the food sucks and if I want tiddies I'd rather go up the street where I can pay a girl $10 to to an overhead split with her vagina right in my face. oh, uhm tiddies.

I went to a Twisted Kilt because I assumed it was a irish pub place. It was fine. The girls wear short skirts and some show cleavage.

Besides that it's just a sports bar but every server is very happy, doting, and friendly. I can see why people would take kids there.

The only Twin Peaks I know of is the gay bar in the Castro, next to the equally gay Orphan Andy’s.

I've been to Twin Peaks plenty of times because it's open kind of late and they serve beer in pretty awesome long and cold mugs. The girls are pretty hot I guess and the food is ok. I dislike hooters as the food is awful. What brought me there? Well I have friends and boobs are nice. So why not. I will say I don't quite understand the people who bring their girlfriends and families to Hooters. I see that often and I'm just confused. It's a sleazy place. Twin Peaks is too, but I don't know, I've only gone there at night when it's pretty much a bar so no kids and families.

I will say though that to echo the "other places are better in all regards". I don't know about better food, but for some reason I had a $100 Gift card to Benegins when I was 18 and in high school. So I took my friends out and jesus Christ was our waitress the phattest pawg I'd ever seen. I still remember it.

But honestly the reality is, hot women are everywhere.

I made the mistake of going into one with my kids because I thought it was just a chain pub. Didn't realize it had that sexualized servant thing going on until I ordered drinks.

It's pretty tame overall. But, those short skirts and high stockings make for some nice views.

Went to a Hooters about a year ago and was impressed by how much better the food was. All I remember is how it used to be just deep fried trash.

The place was packed at 4pm on a Saturday.
