Baja California has the best shrimp, come at me!

The more I have shrimp from around the US & the world the more certain I am that there are no shrimp as tender and tasty as the ones that come from Baja. The shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico taste fucking weird, and the shrimp in Japan/China are ok, but don't beat out the delish shrimp you get in those sweet sweet shrimp tacos. I think I've had some shrimp in Europe too, but nothing memorable. Even Alaska/PNW was amazing for certain seafood like Alaskin Halibut, but shrimp...still best from baja!

shrimp is fantastic and shrimp tacos are the shit. a spicy shrimp boil beats them out though.

Baja Chalupas were the best.

I was keen on the nacho variation and am still sad that it's gone. You can have the sauce added to a regular one but that's just sour cream and nacho sauce, too much sauce, too many cooks!
