Never had jet lag before in my life, but the 24 hours of traveling from HK to LAX has messed me up a bit. No matter when I sleep, I wake up after 4 hours like my body thinks it took a nice long nap and I’m refreshed so it’s tough to install just get back to sleep. When I finally do get back to sleep I get another 4 hours and feel fine with 8 total, but it’s just annoying splitting it in two each night instead of one block of sleep. Been like 4 nights now. Maybe if I took a sleeping pill? Idk, for some reason never had jet lag before and even 24 hours going the other way didn’t mess me up at all.
