It was a good show when I was a teenager because of its adolescence themes and stuff. So I related to it then. I'm not sure how it really holds up to adult eyes though. It's in the mold of Evangelion, but it feels more manufactured. Meaning Eva feels like a whiplash and something really messy thanks to the artists making it up as they went a long. Infusing thier ideas at the time. Maybe that's why the show is good. Rahxephon is super planned out and very focused. Maybe that's why it's not as memorable.
