That was true in 2006. Hasn't been since. On paper Brazil are world class but not stacked to the point of making every other team look laughable. Tbh i'm not sure i'd pick brazil over france, germany, spain or even belgium strictly on paper. The footballing world, mainly UEFA just caught up to south america and exceeded it in many ways in the 21st century.
