Kennedy has no bearing on the process of impeachment. So I am not even sure why that is being brought up?

Kennedy has been rumored to be retiring going back over a year and half. This was hardly unexpected or un-signaled. He is also a conservative and there has been several reports that Kennedy recommended his replacement by way of a list he compiled months ago for Trump. If there is a scandal here it would be the notion of the judiciary collaborating with the executive to fill a replacement.

What you are asking is people to take a bunch of random assumptions and narratives that don't even really make sense and then take several more leaps on top of them to conclude....what exactly?
