was going to say rating madden so low is done in same spirit as booing the commish, but almost all main reviewers are tearing into this one as it seems like a cash grab. i thought the street-style mode might have some potential to be fun...story mode looks terrible but at least you can cheese some NCAA action for some teams (LSU!LSU!). the franchise mode and MUT modes I never play were apparently not updated much at all.

I am really not expecting much, but then again I am not really expecting a full season IRL so who knows. I usually get every other year's madden and got a deal on this years (that allegedly includes a next-gen copy) and a...Lamar Jackson funko!

also madden seems...pretty good? It seems to play way faster than 19 did, looks good to me. I haven't had chance to try new RPO game much, people are complaining Lamar is old school Mike Vick levels of broken.

I used to buy Madden every year, but I've seen reviews that say franchise wasn't touched and it's just a new coat of paint. So I'll just continue on Madden 20. Franchise year 2037.
