Also, Brazil isn't Thailand or the Philippines. Screwing underaged kids is not allowed, especially for foreigners. It's not something that is turned a blind eye to. In saying that the deeper you go into the country (away from the coast) there are still older guys that wed young girls in the 14-16 age range but that is with parental consent and something that happens in towns of like 10 thousand inhabitants.
