Who asked for this? Is there that much Intellivision nostalgia? As far as I'm concerned, it was the least interesting of the big 3, lacking the library of the 2600 and no where near on par with Colecovision's technical capabilities.

Snafu was a fun multiplayer take on Snake, though.

i just find it interesting that it will have intellivision, atari, and maybe some sega games (since it advertised toejam and earl). weird mix of stuff, but i'm more interested in this than pretty much any other retro console (excluding snes classic) if it does most of what it promises.

Yeah, this. I imagine they're riding the wave of retro stuff partially brought on by the various 'classic' systems being foisted on everyone (there's a lot of me toos out there now, saw a bunch last time I was in a Target) but again, who the hell wants a new intellivision?

I'm not sure of the target audience either, but then again, I saw a whole bunch of positive posts about the new $180 Genesis clone coming out just because it has HDMI built in.
